I remember when I used to love Kiss, I hated that they would never preform again. Now they do and I don't care at all.
Only concerts I've been to was Sister Hazel (my mom was going and I wanted to go to any concert, I strongly regret it), Gorillaz, and Primus. I wanted to go to Bassnectar last October and Borgore last week, but neither of them worked out. One of my friends is seeing Odd Future tonight which I hate her for.
April 6th @ PAX East 2012, Boston, MA
The Protomen
Metroid Metal
Among others.
Third time I'll be seeing the Protomen, but this will be the first time seeing Metroid Metal.
May 11th @ PNC Bank Arts Center, Holmdel, NJ
Megadeth
Rob Zombie

Me and my brother just booked tickets to see a translated and more humerous version of Jesus Christ Superstar with both our idol playing Jesus. I'll see it the 21st of April and it's gonna get legen... yeah, you know the rest without me saying it.
Little less than three weeks, yeehaw!
bless you with this DOPE
It's Megadeth. What could go wrong?
It's been awhile since I've attended a large venue. I think the last large concert I've been to was with AC/DC in November 2008.
I prefer smaller venues, though; they're much more chaotic, energetic, and intimate with the band performing.
My friend texted me telling me that she's in the front row of the OF show(((((((((((
Loved it. Nice and loud, they played much of the older stuff as they did with 5 songs from Black Ice, all with the props you expect to find in an AC/DC concert, including the Hells Bell, the large Rosie blowup doll, the cannons, and the train that crashes onstage. The Answer also opened for them.
My only gripe is that it was shorter than I expected, they've played 18 songs that only lasted about an hour and 15 minutes. twas still fun though.
Also my first concert was with Deep Purple with Thin Lizzy opening for them at New York City, March 1st, 2004. My favorite concert of all time was with the Protomen in March 5th, 2011 at a volunteer fire center in Somerset, NJ. Only about 150 people attended that venue, but it was totally energetic. I've made three contacts there on Facebook, and even had a growl match with one of the fans that got KILROY's attention. After that concert, it was photos, autographs, and conversations everywhere. I got my large poster signed by all ten bandmembers, especially from KILROY who signed the poster using my back as a surface.
I really want to go see Queens of the Stone Age one day. I'd give an arm just to see them live and I'll be happy for the rest of my life.
