Well one thing has been cool right now, I was almost 100% sure that the crate (those plastic tubs with the lids, was never sure what to exactly call them) that had most of my Manga in it had leaked in water and that my Manga were going to disintegrate, but to my surprise I opened it just now to find that everything inside is perfectly fine and not a single drop of water got inside. I know that doesn't sound astounding, but the bottom of the Crate has holes for "Ventilation", hence the reason I was previously 100% sure everything was done for.

I'm honestly pretty stoked right now, and looking forward to having things take a turn for the better.

Whoa, haven't been here for a while. Hope all you guys are ok, but I'm just popping online for today while I don't have coursework to do for a bit.
VGBA is the bomb, I couldn't leave just like that.

Stevencho and I have started to take a new direction to the moderation here, which includes listening to more of what the community wants. Clearly, the community has gotten quite a bit smaller since the closing of the conversation thread, mainly because the site just isn't big enough for EVERYTHING to be put into separate threads. Now, if you believe a topic warrants a separate thread, please make one because we can't just have all conversations in here. Also, keep threads in their respective subforums. If you want to post about a game, take it to the Game Discusison subforum, and keep site concerns or questions in the General subforum. Please don't make us close this again.

You need to start making boxes again so your time can be well-wasted.

Wonderful idea. I was actually considering starting on one the other day, the creative eye I had needs to return.
    It was never there.

REJOICE! I was looking around for the old thread before this was resurrected. Great choice.

This is very true. I think me taking a break from box design and working on other things like shirts/posters also helps.

Yeah, you're right. I'm just gonna take a look around at some new boxes, look at some old ones I made, and hopefully think of something where I can play to my strengths, if any. Got an idea in my head though which I think could work well.

Aww man, it's like the good ol' days again.

In other news, I got a new phone, and just realised how quickly technology has flown by. 2 years ago, this was considered a pretty good phone (it still is, don't get me wrong) but compared to the one I just got, it's like a toy for children.

One problem. I don't have any signal at home, which is a pretty big kick in the nuts.

I think the most jarring thing when coming here after a two year absence is that, because of the creative freedom of this site, its various phases. The standard for design, compared to what it was five years ago, is amazingly different.

These new boys have passed everyone up in just a few months. It's crazy.

The Election four years ago, I didn't vote in that one either. Some lady walked up to my house's door and asked if I voted. I listened to what she said for about twenty minutes before I closed the door. It was 9 AM, I wanted to sleep.

Mub looks at his phone. Still no calls nor texts. He hoped at least one or two of his friends would wish him a happy birthday. The date is on his Facebook and everything.

He begins to smear cream cheese frosting on the cake he baked for himself. He puts a large dollop from the can on the top of the cake and tries to smooth it out with a knife.

But, the icing doesn’t smooth out. Instead it rolls around in a glob atop the cake, pulling up large chunks with it. Silly Mub hadn’t let the cake cool long enough.

“Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you,” Mub whispers, setting the knife down. Tears well up in his eyes. “Happy birthday dear mchapra...happy birthday to you.”
