L.A. Noire 2600

What do you guys think? I'm looking for a more suitable texture at the moment so the one used may not necessarily by final, but I'm pretty much set on the design. The artwork was official L.A. Noire from the novels, derived here ~ tried to go with classic color scheme from 80s with slightly bleeding colors as well for authenticity:

I think you've got a stronge entry coming along, I would suggest toning down the scratchy-ness a bit though, it's kinda strong.
