I have to say, I feel really bad for Eggboy. I mean, he won, and the entire site is digging on him and complaining that there were better ones. I didn't vote at all because I loved all the logos, this one being no exception.
So yeah, good job EB!

How is is that you think the entire site is digging on Eggboy? A few members stated they felt the logo was not a good fit. I provided some feedback on the design, congratulated Eggboy on his win and noted that he won fair and square. I don't see where anyone was attacking the guy or his logo.

I, in fact, love his logo. Just not the subtext, and also the +'s would have to be larger if this is to be sized down.

Eggboy's logo is absolutely fantastic, but it does not fit the design of the website methinks.

I didn't really expect to win, in my opinion, there were much better logos out there. But thanks.

In all honesty, I'm not a huge fan of the logo either, I'd already dismissed myself as having a chance, but whatevs, mang.
