It looks good, and by far much better than the original. I'm not sure I completely understand the competition though. I know you are supposed to "Turn the original into a great box", but is the new version still supposed to retain the same elements/layout/colors?

It needs a touch more blue, if your goal is to remain somewhat reminiscent of the original. Otherwise, it looks good.

You've got the blur down pretty well but maybe you should change your render to the original and the colour scheme too. You wouldn't get many points for making it close to the original.

I think this would be perfect will all the same effects but the original render.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I'm not really an avid star wars guy, so would anyone mind finding me a render of the storm trooper on the original? I can't really render him out with all the blur already on him.

*Update* Here's what I've come up with when trying to cut out the original stormtrooper from the wallpaper. But I can't get rid of the star wars logo they put over his legs.

Finally got around to starting the back. Thoughts?

it kinda clashes with the front imo. try darken the galaxy, it's way to colourful for a Star Wars game.
now it looks like the back could be of a Starfox of Mario Galaxy box (no offence) without looking at the screenshots,
and at the description, off course.

Personally I like the first version looks way better.
And i'm not a big fan of the back, looks more like a Disney movie than a Starwars battle front cover. The font of the tagline is all wrong and the screenshots are too small.
And isn't it ment to be SWBF 3
