Silent Hill Fan Movie. In the Works. Directed by ME!

So I recently enrolled in college to major in Film Production! So I decided as a little demo reel I would make a short film. Im basing it in the universe of Silent Hill but not on any one game. The working title for the movie is "Silent Hill: Silence Broken". The plot (also subject to change) is as followed

" A girl goes in search of her brother who has been missing for three days in the town of Silent Hill. There she realizes there was a reason her brother went missing and she plans to find out why.... Only if The Order and all her inner demons don't try to stop her."

I have someone writing the script and I have a few actors too. Soon i'll be going downtown with my camera man to shoot some test shots which I will post here. Now the reason Im talking about this on here is because I want this to turn out GOOD. So i'll need feed back from you guys. So ill post pictures, behind the scene videos and production notes.

Also, i have NO budget so the monsters wont look the best and the special effects wont be stellar by any means but im really going to try to see what I can do.

The Otherworld wont be present much but The Fog World WILL be around. Also creatures like the Nurses will be present but not in the form you are use to seeing them.

ALSO, I DO NOT want to use Akira's score for my movie. But here is where im asking anyone of you who makes music, do you want to make music FOR my film? I mean I'll give you credit of course and this isn't going to be sold so there will be no profit! Just one thing, the music has to be similar to Akira's music.

Though I must say I WILL be using this track somewhere.


And I'm not gonna lie, this movie may take awhile to finish but I WILL get it done. Got some dedicated friends working on it!

Well if you wanna sketch some creature concept art. The creatures are going to look like more realistic but still scary. Like I want them to look unsettling. Like the only creatures from the game im having are the Nurses.

Hmm. I could try... my mind is totally warped. I'll try and make them more 'mutated people and animals' than 'wrar. scary thing'
