Eh, I've never been a very big fan of Two-Face, but Liam was a great Ra's Al Ghul and I loved Ra's as a villian. These are all my favorite villians from the movies in order from my most favorite to least favorite.

I can't really rate Two-Face as a villain in The Dark Knight. I saw him simply as another (possibly the greatest) victim of The Joker.

Ra's was never my favourite Batman villain, but Neeson did an admirable job portraying him.

But..I don't like the Joker that much. If we were going by favorite Batman villians, it'd be a bit different, but I'm going by the villians in the movie trilogy.

Scarecrow gets so much undeserved hate, Cillian Murphy is a great actor and I loved the cameos throughout.

Victor Zsasz was clearly the most memorable villain in the whole trilogy.

Don't get me wrong .. Scarecrow is pretty awesome, but he wasn't ever a main villain. He was just the face of Ra's Al Ghul, and nothing more. I would definitely not consider him the major villain of Batman Begins.
