Rumors are already swirling about The Dark Knight Rises DVD/Blu-Ray release date and according to Blu-ray.com we may be seeing it just in time for the holidays.
Reports are stating that The Dark Knight Rises Blu-ray/DVD release date is set for December 7. Based on previous release patterns, this looks to be a fairly good estimate considering it gives the film enough time in theaters, yet gives it a chance to be a hot holiday purchase.![]()

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
Just rewatched the movie. It just went from my least favorite to the top. It's so much better on a second viewing, because you go in not expecting The Dark Knight's or Batman Begins's tones, but you fall into the beats of Rises's own distinct rhythm. At this point, Rises and TDK are tied for first, with Batman Begins as a solid second. The last five minutes, particularly SPOILERS Alfred crying over Bruce, got my emotional, but when Bruce shows up again for some reason I got more emotional than I did the first time I watched the movie. Nolan, you magnificent bastard.
It looks good? Then I haven't done my job right.
Can't wait for that Trilogy Blu-Ray release. It'd be nice if he pulled an extended version of all three, but that's wishful thinking
@Mariolee: I agree completely, because you know the way the movie will pan out you get to catch so much more. The snide way Catwoman remarks "You asked for it," while leading Batman down to the sewers, the way Talia so willingly goes to become Bane's prisoner...it's fantastic, definitely a movie that needs to be watched multiple times. Hope you saw it this time in IMAX though![]()
bless you with this DOPE
Yeah I found the first two to be awfully boring and just not great BM movies. But this one hooked me right away and thought it was a great adaptation of the source material, just a fantastic Batman movie!
And kinda off topic but who thinks this is a fantastic bat-suit!? Because I love it! And guess where is came from.... The Dark Knight XXX: A Porn Parody. Yup, a porn Hahaa

I think Cillian Murphy, Heath Ledger, and Tom Hardy all played their roles brilliantly. It's hard for me to say which is my favorite.
