I might work on the back but I want to see how well this will receive.

Looks pretty neat and clean so far. I think you should try and blend in Liberty City in the background and I don't think reflection would look good.

Wow! Awesome! I love every bit of this, I really like the grungy metallic look, fits the game and soundtrack very well.

Can't wait to fave this, for sure.

Front is perfect.
But I'm not feeling the back much. First of all, I don't think a music box need a "tagline". Also the R* logo is too big and should be on the bottom, imo. The image used as a background is the same as the front except flipped, I would changed that. Maybe try to find one with the Statue of Liberty.
