How do you Draw in Photoshop ?

The brush tool w/ a tablet. Digital drawing in photoshop requires the same motor skills used in traditional art, so I think it's best for you to acquire the skills in traditional art first before going digital.

I can draw very well in Real life. I just Suck with drawing with a mouse. Loll I just need to get a Tablet -_-

A Wacom Bamboo Pen and Touch is the way to go if you want a budget priced tablet, otherwise go for their Intuos4 tablets, if you want a professional's tablet.

Drawing with a mouse makes as much sense as drawing with your foot. Results can be quite derpy, but it's not impossible.

Drawing freehand with a mouse is impossible, but using the pen tool is highly effective. Results don't look hand drawn by any means, but you can get pretty official looking art with the pen tool and proper coloring.

I do all of my digital art by hand first, in pencil, then I scan it onto my computer and use the Pen tool to "ink" the lines, and then color it in Photoshop. But that's because I can't afford a tablet.
