What I plan to do:

-Change Link's eyes √
-Change thickness of stroke in Link √
-Find a better Link to stroke √
-Make Mario smaller X (It sucks)
-Change Mario's thickness √

Back:
-Add text to the right √
-Add legal text √
-Add render(s) √

If you have any suggestions please tell me what I should do.

Yes im making him purple because the colors seem unbalanced they dont match

Sorry to burst your bubble but there's more than 5 colors. Anti-aliasing needs to be turned off. Other than that, it looks damn good.

All the characters have different artstyles. Look at Pikachu's lines against Link's - Pikachu has much thinner strokes. Kirby has a thick outline and thinner strokes elsewhere. You need to choose one artstyle and stick with it.

All the characters have different artstyles. Look at Pikachu's lines against Link's - Pikachu has much thinner strokes. Kirby has a thick outline and thinner strokes elsewhere. You need to choose one artstyle and stick with it.

I took the images from the original SSB artwork and stroke them. Although I know I committed an error (and I'm going to fix it ASAP), you have to have in mind that some images are "zoomed in" so the strokes should be thicker.

Also, most of them are actually the same (except for Pikachu) they have a very thick stroke for the overall body and for its facial details it has a thinner stroke.

I don't even see why slim's giving you such a hard time. Even if it is anti aliased in it's current state, just make sure you save it out as a GIF with 5 colors. It will ensure it will save without any additional colors. You obviously understand what the rules are, so I'm not worried you'll mess this up.

They do look better, less alien. I would try to make him look more like OoT Link.
