I started this box then I completely lost all inspiration when I started the back so I need some wip critique and a few ides for the back. :/

As a fan of Human Revolution and the Deus Ex series as a whole, I can say this holds a lot of promise in my eyes. Subtlety is key with a design like this, and you've pulled it off nicely.

If you ever come up with something, don't hesitate to submit your progress. I'd like to see this finished.

This is my first post here. I made some PS3 and PC covers and I would like to share with you my results and receive comments. I will start with the Assassin's Creed series for PS3. They are minimalist: except the images and the arts, you will find only the logo for the PS3, the PSN, and the company logo.




As you see, the 4 covers are similars but differents, and all at 300 dpi. I did not wanted to overcharge the front, that's why the PSN logo is on the back. In front, you will find a CG of the main character (Altair or Ezio), and on the back, an artwork from the game, except for Revelation, where you will find Altair. I let this background because I love the idea of concluding the serie with a link with the past.

Any comments would be welcome!

I was surprised that nobody done Gitaroo Man PS2 yet. So, here is my work. Only one thing is missing was bar code. Other than that, I think it looks good. What do you think?

Thanks for the comment, much appreciated. Although, I don't know why the external site did not saved them at 300 dpi. Weird, but I'll upload on my boxes resources at full resolution.

Meanwhile, I'm on a new project: a box for the upcoming Diablo 3.

It's not over yet, but I wanted to resume the game to the essential: an hack-and-slash game with the main objective to kick Diablo's @ss. However, the overwhelmed heroes and the motto "And the Heavens shall tramble" can only indicates all hell will break loose and the journey will be rough. I wanted the handwritten motto to glow like embers from Hell, to give a prophetic side to the set.

Comments, suggestions would be welcome.

The front is just pure awesomeness, but the back kind of looks bland. Maybe that's how you want it, but if it were me, i would add a little something to it. All in all, it looks fantastic

I understand what you mean. However, since the game is about Diablo, I want to put at least his face on it. No Diablo face on a Diablo games, it's like no Mario face on a Mario game.

For now, the head I've found is the biggest available, but I discovered it looks much bigger when the colours are enhanced, so I'll play with that. I discovered tonight another Diablo head, and I will do some tests with it also.

Meanwhile, I was wondering, should I switch the front and back of place? Maybe the head with the logo in front will be enough, and the heroes fighting on the back will fill the remaining place.
