I wasnt having much sleep either, usually more awake at night then day i try to stay up at day but no matter what im doing i fall asleep, i decided to keep myself occupied one time by beating portal 2 in one day on PS3 then after GLaDOS is awoken i managed to get to the laser test with the moving platform (very close to the begining) then my arms were so tiered they could not hold up the controller.

    how did i solve it?
Simple i didnt drink any soda for a while.

I'm slowly moving out of my normal sleep schedule. I went to bed 5:30AM, and although I woke up for a moment at 10AM, I woke up at 1:30PM.

I seriously just woke up at 1:30 PM today and slept last night at 5 AM.

It pisses me off that i was close to waking up at 11 am but i decided to continue sleeping, it's like im a whole different person when i go to bed.

I am always more tired the more sleep I get. I'm weird. The less sleep the better.

I've had trouble sleeping for most of my life, but I also have trouble staying awake if I become bored.

Since I'm taking a morning class now, I've started the routine of warming milk in a microwave to make the lactic acids in the milk put me to sleep. Kinda does help in a way.

I get a decent amount of sleep, provided I have absolute silence. I am a very light sleeper. Seriously, you could whisper my name from the other side of the house and I'll wake. Often I wake up in the middle of the night for no obvious reason (turns out it's stupid stuff like my dog exhaling loudly.)

Also, typing from the PS3 browser is a bitch.

Apologies for my extremely late reply.

I've been diagnosed as having Onset Insomnia, it's not that I "have trouble sleeping some nights"... it's that I barely sleep at night whatsoever. EVERY NIGHT. My attendance is at 10% causing my grades to plummet - this has started to make me lack the motivation to get back in considering I don't have long left and will end up failing anyway. Luckily, the psychiatrist and therapist who work with me are going to send a letter to the exam board about my grades which may cause my predicted grades to become my actual grades.

Thanks for your support though, bud. You're such a help. =)

I go to sleep every night about 3am-5am and wake up and about 10pm, but I have been known to sleep in till 1 or 2pm. Honestly, i have to FORCE myself to sleep. Im just not tired at night. At all.
