The 3D logos look out of place.
On the PS3 version, the logo is slightly cut off.

I'm not sure why the 3D logo is such a problem for some people. It goes well with the "Popping out" look that the Sonics are doing. I think it's actually a really nice looking logo.

The logo itself isn't bad, but the placement is really weird. That sort of stuff usually goes towards the bottom, or on the back.

It looks kind of sloppy to me. The outer-glow around the characters seems unnecessary, and overall I think the design is boring.

I think the 3D logo on the xbox cover looks fine, but not so much for the PS3.

The weird designs near the Sonics' feet are unnecessary but it goes with the theme, I guess.

It's not bad, but i don't really like it either. I don't get why they can't just leave the 3D logo on the bottom, it really doesn't make much sense where they placed it.
