Holy shit
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate | Name: Yami G | HR: 2+
Seems like AC is taking the "Kingdom Hearts" route.
It is indeed a precious gift to understand the forces that guide oneself.
What? Sounds good.

The fact that it wasn't called AC3 is aside the point. It still furthered the story left by AC2, and added a significant amount to the overall plot. Going by your logic, Episode 1 and 2 were essentially Half-Life 2 with bells and whistles.
Back on Revelations, I'm looking forward to playing as Altair again. And I'm very curious to see how Ubisoft tackles playing in a modern setting with Desmond.
Huzzah! Altair is back.
But wait! THERE'S MORE. SCREENS!!!
I'll be honest, this looks more like a step backward for the series for me, he looks EXACTLY like Altair, and lets just say I had bad memories of the first AC. The second one was good but I never really got into it. I'll pass I'm afraid. Oh, and if you look at the screen I have put link to, just look at his right hand. It seems to have a hook attached to his blade or something, to help climbing, probably...
If you think about it, let's just say Ezio is 18 at the start of ACII. 20 years pass throughout ACII, meaning he's 38 at the start of Brotherhood. He's got to be in his late forties here in Revelations.
Ezio might be the oldest main protagonist ever.
The armor is terrible. Looks like Altair (which is fine) crossed with the terrible Romulus armor.
