It's not just about Ezio. And this isn't AC3.

Seems like AC is taking the "Kingdom Hearts" route.
It is indeed a precious gift to understand the forces that guide oneself.

All the spin-offs instead of finishing the main numbered series.

    Brotherhood wasn't a spin-off.

It wasn't AC3 either. It was essentially AC2 with bells and whistles.

I'm honestly getting bored of Ezio though. I was hoping for someone new.

The fact that it wasn't called AC3 is aside the point. It still furthered the story left by AC2, and added a significant amount to the overall plot. Going by your logic, Episode 1 and 2 were essentially Half-Life 2 with bells and whistles.

Back on Revelations, I'm looking forward to playing as Altair again. And I'm very curious to see how Ubisoft tackles playing in a modern setting with Desmond.

    But wait! THERE'S MORE. SCREENS!!!
I'll be honest, this looks more like a step backward for the series for me, he looks EXACTLY like Altair, and lets just say I had bad memories of the first AC. The second one was good but I never really got into it. I'll pass I'm afraid. Oh, and if you look at the screen I have put link to, just look at his right hand. It seems to have a hook attached to his blade or something, to help climbing, probably...

To be honest I'm really looking forward to this. Also, lol at how old Ezio looks now.

If you think about it, let's just say Ezio is 18 at the start of ACII. 20 years pass throughout ACII, meaning he's 38 at the start of Brotherhood. He's got to be in his late forties here in Revelations.

Ezio might be the oldest main protagonist ever.

The armor is terrible. Looks like Altair (which is fine) crossed with the terrible Romulus armor.

Playing as all 3 sounds delicious.
..buuuuuut, I haven't even played Brotherhood yet.. so hopefully that will happen before too long.

I was just kidding about the armor. It doesn't look too bad to me, but that furry patch on his left shoulder is bothering me. A little too reminiscent of the Brutus Armor, like you mentioned.

Oh, and 40's isn't that old.
