You know, since video games are only for kids. And by American standards, even acknowledging the existence of such things as breasts is far worse than massacre and slaughter when it comes to what is appropriate material for children.

This game looks like some sort of Japanese rape game. America would never let that Japanese cover go on shelves but it is a better design, not because it's "hot" but it looks more completely and really speaks for the game.

It's not odd for a Japanese video game developing company to make a game like this with a cover like this. Actually if you watched some gameplay footage you would probably find the point of the game interesting.
