    Escalators and Moving Sidewalks

Words cannot discribe how much I hate it when people stand on the fucking escalator when it can be EASILY climbed on, increasing your momentium. I HATE it when people stand still on them, its like the ulitmate form of laziness. The only exception I'll make is if their loads are heavy. If there are conventional staircases next to the escalators, I usually take those. I'll get up there much quicker than 2/3rds of the people who stand still.

Moving sidewalks are not as bad, but worse considering the reason for them being there is to make onfoot travel much quicker.

Oh and couples who hold hands while doing that. As if taking up the fucking sidewalks on the streets is enough. Dear god.
I was literally seconds from pressing the reply button to say this exact thing. Escalator's are a nuisance, simply because of the pathetically lazy people who use them. Unfortunately, there's nothing but escalator's at my local mall, so I have to withstand these people whenever I go there.

Damn, alot of escalator hatred here... very hostile if you're an escalator enthusiast.

People who think video games ruin your brain and make you dumb. Maybe if they took a little bit and played a video game, they'd understand how neither of those things are true.

Music tastes that are criticized for being "gay" and "girly" are very petty reasons. It's another pet peeve I deal with.

"Oh I hate that thing because it is gay".

"'Gay' is a poor excuse of an arguement. Give me a better reason why you hate it."

    "It's gay, that's why."

"I find your value in your opinion very lacking."

    YOU SHADDUP

TWILIGHT IS - LIKE - THE ONLY LOVE ENCYLOPEDIA I CAN RELATE TO.
I ALWAYS TAKE THE SPARKLING VAMPIRE FAGGOTRY SO SERIOUSLY.

Actually I was forced to watch Twilight once during a class. When that scene came up, I burst out laughing hystarically.

    Not joking.

Dude, video games most certainly ruin your brain and make you dumb. You're telling me you wouldn't be smarter and healthier if instead of playing video games you did your homework and exercised? I'm not saying video games are bad, I love video games. There's nothing wrong with relaxing from time to time. But doing anything that takes you away from studying and work is going to make you less intelligent. Same with surfing the internet, TV, and even just hanging with friends. However, no one expects you to devote your entire life to soley focus on becoming as intelligent as possible. Just keep your recreation in moderation and you'll be fine.

But video games along with any other lazy recreation will eventually most certainly ruin your brain and make you dumb.

Please explain to those of us who haven't had the misfortune of viewing this "film".

I think you're taking it the wrong way. I play maybe 1-2 hours of video games a day, and I get my homework done most of the time, and I'm very intelligent (for my age). I've been playing video games ever since I could play video games, and people criticize me and try to tell me that video games actually make's you dumb. I can honestly say that a good amount of intelligence of mine has come from video games. It might just be me, but I cannot see at all how video games have done any bad to my life. In fact, I believe that video games have done good to my life.

All I'm saying is see video games for what they are, junk food for the brain. It's all about giving yourself pleasure. They're fine in moderation but let it get out of control and you will ruin your health.

It was during my time at a career school during high school; the classes took a free day because the donations to a certain cause were met, or something like that. The school provided us with a movie to watch which was Twilight, and more than half of the students were not looking forward to it. I think many did not show up to the career academy that day because of it. I chose to stay because I really wanted to see how bad the movie was.

The pacing was absolutely terrible, much of the plot revolves around how attractive Edward is to Bella, and Bella is possibly one of the most underdeveloped and uninteresting characters I've seen in written fiction. Stephenie Meyer's interpretation of vampires is about as interesting and well thought out as a character in a pornographic film or an adult fanfiction written by a tweenage girl. Just goes to show I was retarded by then.

-My music skipping/repeating/slowing down/distorting on iTunes because I'm doing something in Photoshop or my computer freezes.

-My ear buds being yanked from my ears/Earbuds yanked out of my iPod because it got snagged on something.

    -Repetitive beeping.

    -My brother.

    -Slow loading on Photoshop.

-Faggots who think their terrible terrible music (Attack Attack, A Skylit Drive, Asking Alexandria) is the best thing on Earth.

-Faggots finding out about good bands.

    -Smoking.

What grinds my gears is when someone steals another person's avatar. And thinks it's funny/clever. C'mon stevencho, don't steal Flexx's avatar.

    Ouch, that must hurt.

Also, I think I might know what you mean. I hate it when my dad says seed, because when he says it, it sounds like "shit". I realized this when we were at Wal-Mart looking for seeds for a project, and he kept shouting, "Where are the shits?"
