So any suggestions for the replacement logo? I'm thinking of creating one similar to the "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign like this:
Also, I might get rid of that 10 cents sticker. (I was trying to make it have a magazine style)

The tagline looks bad, because you can't see the yellow letters.

Try to make it more neon and dark. I agree with MattStar here but I love the concept.

I think the logo looks TOO custom done. Maybe try to make it look more realistic like the screenshot. Also I CANT READ THE yellow bits! Keep up the work, I like what your going with!

looks sweet but the yellow neons in the logo are way too hard to make out, add a darker shading or add some rivet dots on the inside following the letters or use a much darker yellow

Nah, the movie's title is based off of Las Vegas' marketing catchphrase for tourists. If you ever go to Vegas there would be shirts and coffee mugs in every shop with that slogan.
