Default Attention GIMP Users! GIMP Transparency Problem... Need Help!

Okay, so recently I switch over from XP to Windows 7... And Eventually downloaded GIMP, so then As usually, I find a render online, and the Copy>Paste it onto my Canvas. But an Issue Occurred... The Transparent Background is not Transparent.

    See:

    1)

    2)

    3)

When I Save them, then open them in GIMP, it has a Transparent Background.

But, I am NOT willing to do that. I don't want I bunch of Renders packed into my Picture Folder... And It's too much of a hassle to Download, then Delete. It's way easier to Copy>Paste.

    Anyone got a Solution?

Does the same thing in any editing software. Right click on the picture and then save as. Then name it what ever you want. Then open it through GIMP.
    Huh?

    Why not save the renders?
If you wanna redo the box in the future then the renders are easy to find in your docs and they hardly take any space.

You can't copy an image and keep the transparency. For any program. To keep the transparency on a .png, you have to save it.

Just make a new folder called "Renders" or something, and save them there, and they won't disturb you. You are just super lazy if you think it's hard to save an image...

Always? No. When I had XP it never did this. I'm not lazy, It's clutter, I hate it and I rather not. Sooner or later its gonna be too much... but since you guys are telling me that there is no way, which doesn't make sense, since this was all I did when I had XP, then I guess i have no choice.

I had XP before too, and it didn't work for me there.
If you have a special folder, what's the problem? They are not going to take up much space, and if they do, just delete some of them...

Do what I do, when working on a project make a folder, for example "Uncharted" then place everything inside said folder, once you've done the project delete the folder and everything will be removed.
    Signatures are lame.
Hence why I don't have one.
    Because I'm awesome.

What the heck are you talking about? I always just copy and paste transparent images into GIMP and they stay transparent.

GIMP somehow pulls the .png images from my Temp Internet Files. I didn't realize you guys had to all save each individual picture. That must suck.

Not really, I don't work much with renders so I don't care that much, but it would be nice to fix it, if anyone knows how to do it.

I do that as well, but I never delete anything. I'm a pack rat.
