    Default Dark Knight Rises WIP

So this is what I have so far for my Dark Knight box. I have been really bored lately so I have been playing around with ideas and this is what I came up with so far. Probably is stupid but Ill see what I can do with it. Prob wont make a back to it just yet, wait a little till I have more Dark Knight rises materials to work with it. Dont want to make a good front and then mess it up on the back and ruin the whole project. Will move a lot of stuff around like the WB logo and DC, just have not decided where to put them yet. Still have to make the spine and little stuff as well.

I really like the background, the Batman logo and the flying bats. I don't like the template. It's oddly shaped and unlike any Blu-Ray case I've ever seen. The "Limited Edition Set" section really clashes with the rest of the box. It looks cheesy compared to your main classy design. Finally, your Catwoman looks less like a woman in a cat costume and more like a humanoid cat creature (like the Thundercats).

Also, as a side note, I'm guessing that the real logo for the game will have "The Dark Knight Rises" in one line.

I want to keep that template because it will allow the bat logo to fit in there. If i make it like a normal Blu Ray temp then there will be a lot of empty space because of the bat logo will have to be smaller to fit. I will remake the temp to look a little better but this is what I was going for.

Added a view things and changed some tiny little details. Just playing around with the design.

I don't think the background works. I see that background on Google Images all the time and have used it on several occasions, but I typically mess with it a bit. The color doesn't really fit with the theme. Actually, the old paper texture in general isn't very Batman-like. The Catwoman is also a little strange looking.

It's not nearly dark and sinister enough for a Nolan Batman film. The Catwoman and bat silhouettes look too cartoonish. BUT I do like the background colour and style, so If you change anything, make sure to keep the background image.

I personally think the burned paper background fits perfectly for it. If you search any Batman begins picture they all have the black and burned dark gold theme to it and thats why I thought it fit batman perfectly. but then again...that is just my opinion lol But thanks for the thoughts
