    Default Chalky Effect

    Hey guys I'm currently making a vector of this poster from Fallout New Vegas,

    and I'm wondering if anyone knows how to make that chalk looking effect on the inside of the guy and the water. Here's what I have so far...

    Not sure about that, but mind telling me what tool you used for those smooth lines? It looks insanely clean.

    There are brushes that do a pretty good chalk effect. I think there are a few that come with Photoshop that work well.

    The pen tool. I've logged about 4 hours into this so far, it takes a lot of patience. I just started using the pen tool after like 2 yrs of using Photoshop.

    I think you should try this chalk brush, then use it in low opacity with white color. Hope it's right.

    If I recall there was a texture pre loaded on PS for this.

    And if it's possible, may you release this poster in it's glory, it will look awesome on my wall.
