The Uncharted Competition Sign-Ups

What are the rules?

Everyone may enter and submit a box. The deadlines for the boxes will be released in the round's threads. Round 1 will be posted when all the slots are filled.

Alright, but wtf do I do?

Each round, the competitors must submit a box (obviously). Round 1 is Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Round 2 is Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and Round 3 is Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. You will be by yourself- no collaborating. You will be paired up with another competitor. Once you are finished, you will send me your box through a private message and I will post it in the new round's thread. More will be explained in later threads.

Oh noes, but Uncharted 3's placeholder was just announced! There's only one render!!!! HELPZ!!!!!

There are not necessarily any bad ideas for a competition. I think he meant that he could see this being an unpopular idea. It's very limited in it's objective. i.e only using Uncharted game. The more narrow your competition, the harder it will be to find members to join.

As much as I recommend making a box after a game you've played, you don't have to have played a game to make a box after it. I mean, look at all the make-believe boxes and movies. I'm sure they haven't played those.

That's not really an excuse though. Sure you know more about the game, but it doesn't usually help with the design. I haven't played probably 80% of the games I've posted boxes for.

I only have a 360 and Uncharted 2 is my favorite game. My brother has a PS3 thats why.
