I don't know exactly how Aelxus makes his slip covers, but when I do I make a new layer/group in photoshop that is the same size as the actual box itself. Then I make my slip case in that group. When I make my presentation I put the box on the bottom, followed by the slip on top. At that point they should cover each other, well then move the slip cover layer either to the left or right, based on if its back or front, so that they box is somewhat visible. Good Luck.

How can I make it "fading" ?

Make a layer mask in the reflection's layer, then put a linear gradient on it.
Check here for a simple tutorial about how to do it.

I think it's simple.. you can use the right click+ transform tool then you choose skew or distort to make it fixed to the box.. for the reflection just invert the image then adjust the opacity the add a gradient to make it look like it's fading
