Ranking by favs alone can be very tedious, getting fans can bump you up big time. You can look at wasi-bi's page, if you need an example.

Yeah, author favs would help. I rank up really slowly too since I don't have many author favs, except sarahtaylor like 4 times XD. But it doesn't really matter in the long run.

Yeah,I knew that.That's why I was wondering how people with less favs are at higher rank.I believe Throavium was right about the author favs and since I can't be fav'ed I level up more slowly.
