    well I reccomend Photoshop CS2, but if you don't wanna pay the 600$ or whatever get gimp which is free at www.gimp.org anyways NEVER USE PAINT!!!

    duh. Gimp or Photoshop. I don't know about Paint Shop Pro IX though, but FFseer uses it.

    I agree.
    gimp doesn't get you far though..
    i've heard about something called.. gimpshop? anyways. just try gimp, or photoshop cs2..

    you can get photoshop cs2 on their site for free..it's a trial but it still works. that is what i did, then my friend gave me a barcode to put in so it's like i bought it.

    you might be able to get a cs3 trial now..im not sure.

    i just get disc from friends.. my mom got me photoshop cs1, indesign, illustrator and a couple more good graphic programs free.

    I don't get what people have against Gimp it does practicly the same stuff as Photoshop for a whole lot less money. Alot less money.

    Gimp is free but it's very complex.
