Okay, basically, whilst browsing the site, I noticed that there are tooooooo many fights cropping up all over the damn place, most of which are caused by either younger members or people who have only recently joined and think it's "cool" to act totally high and mighty. This obviously has caused an insurmountable number of people who rank either slightly or a lot higher socially on our site to be... well, pissy. It seems to me like people try to hard to fit in with the so-called "crowd" and end up acting like douchebag veterans. Now, these people know who they are, so I'm gonna mention no names whatsoever, but these people need to learn, so what I recommend to you guys is to listen to what older/more experienced members say, whether it's positive or not, and respect them, that's the one thing a lot of you have to learn; R.E.S.P.E.C.T.

I personally try to treat everyone on this site as an equal, but when I see someone acting like a dick to someone to try and please the crowd, I'm gonna call them up on it.

And just who do you think you are telling everyone what to do? Totally agree with what you're saying. Gameninja, Beer (though he's gotten better), Mercut (not really mercut, but people ganging up on him), some other blokes. Really is getting annoying.

I completely agree, Olly, this site as had too many fights, and people trying too hard to start them. No offence to the mods, who do a good job, but handing out a warning isn't going to solve anything. You guys have gift, but it seems like you treat it like it's a curse. you need to stop being so lenient, and start handing out bans. I'm not saying you need to ban every fifth member and their uncle, but you need to be tougher with your power. Now, People of VGBA, there is something everyone is entitled to, and its an opinion. If something thinks, oh I don't know, GoldenEye is an obscure game, even though it isn't, don't try to start a fight with them, but try to sort out the differences in a well-thought out way, instead of calling each other out, even if it's over the dumbest of things, like improper comma usage, or incorrect grammar.

C'mon, they're doing a bang up job. You can’t expect a bunch of 14 and 15 year olds to actually hold a regular discussion, especially if they’re new to the site.

I think we, the old members, are the only ones who can teach these new comings respect if we were mature a little bit more. Just how the heck can they respect us if we retort back at them?? :/

Actually the forum wasn't like this about a year or so ago, it was an amazing place for both old and new, there were so many amazing members that can only hope would be coming back soon.

Anyway, I agree with you HolyCowfartsBatman...ehm, and I just hope OTHER people get as serious about this issue.
