Wait a day to post boxes?

I've been chillin here for a while mostly cause I designed two boxes I really want to get critiqued when it told me I have to wait 24 hrs. to post. I thought "Sure, whatever." Eventually, I've come to question "How come we have to wait a day to submit?" I could be my raging impatience, most liekly, but that still makes me wonder why specifically 24 hrs. Did someone kill a baby?

I think it has to do with discouraging spam boxes. You can also only post 1 box every 24 hours, again to discourage spam boxes. Welcome to the site, I'm sure you will be a welcome addition.
