This is getting intense, however it also makes me think two things with it:
- Alex is involved with TTA (different mask from Tim)
- Jessica is involved with TTA (more baggy mask and hood over head to cover hair)

Yeah. Maybe I'm playing stupid here, but go me, the audio tearing is almost identical to Jessica's audio tearing. Each person has a different type of tearing, Slenderman having tearing to the max, Tim having guttural sounds from normal voices and Jessica had the whistle in the background.
