I saw a recommendation for it on the web and thought, "Eh, can't be that bad."

I watched the first few videos at night and got creeped out as heck.
I can't explain it either, it's just some random really tall guy without a face. He doesn't even do anything! But as I got further into the series, it got even more creepier for some reason. Now I feel like I'm seeing the "Slenderman" in the dark.

I can't even watch the videos after 14 because I'm freaked out. Also because I heard the Masked Man in this last few videos is a bit disturbing.

Saw the whole thing several months ago. It peaked around the middle in my opinion, but the whole thing was very unsettling to watch. Great job by whoever made it.

What exactly is this? I watched the introduction and a couple tidbits but the whole thing makes me a bit creeped out, I don't really want to get any more spooked by the rest, is it scary?

That's kind of the point. Yeah, it's scary. But it doesn't really get any scarier than in the first five or six videos, I don't think.

The creepiest moment is defenitly [Spoiler] When the guy leaves the camera rolling and you see a guy in a mask enter his room. [Spoiler]

The ones that go over 3:00 minutes are usually the scariest, and sometimes it's not even because of the scary Slenderman guy, but because of the tension and the fear of even SEEING him.

I personally thought the masked man ruined it, like it was trying too hard. The most scary scenes for me is when they show Slenderman outside of the window, or things like that (But then again, I'm scared of windows. Or rather, seeing things outside windows.)

Me too, this series has made me look at shifting shadows at night. :P
But I was reading up on this series and entry ####### had him apparently shaking his head rapidly, and that just brings up bad memories of the exorcist from when I was a kid, so could you at least describe the mask for me?

I watched the whole thing last night. Entry 18 is the freakiest part imo. Whoever made it did an excellent job.

Either they are gradually getting less spooky or you're just all babies

You need to see the earlier entrys from the beggining.

I freaked out in entry 18 where he was inside Alex's abandoned house and he picks up the doll and turns around to see slender man sitting on the couch and he just gets up and leaps at him.

If you just watched entry 26 alone, then it won't have the same creepy effect. You have to watch them all in order to get the full disturbingness of it all. Entry 26 isn't even the scariest.
