Heh, they're both great, Renegade can be pretty entertaining sometimes. Luckily I have two save files (Paragon and Renegade), I'll probably be importing my Paragon character to ME3. =)

Marowak- Badass motherfucker. It can learn its usual ground-type moves, AND it can learn Ice-type moves (through TMs of course). I have a Marowak in my Pokemon Stadium that knows Bonemerang, Earthquake, Blizzard, and Ice Beam. How badass is that?
