Somehow the new series is 'watchable', but as a teen that grew-up loving the first three series', and has an ambition to become a film director (hopefully ) some day (i'll die trying), Dr Who has gone downhill, alot, they can't get good sfx, really don't like some of their acting (but i pass it, because i think that it's acceptable for a children's show), most episodes seem 'cliched' to me, having that actress as River Song ruins it for me, she's far too good to fit in, hate how they've changed to 'hand-held' cameras for some episodes (just looks stupid, and only works on action films etc.), can get a bit repetitive, episodes not as entertaining as they used to be, but i can still watch them...

Like I said in the other thread, Christopher Eccleston is the best Doctor in my opinion.

I have tried to tune in and watch an episode but when I do the world is at threat of a evil water demon with laser guns with a hostage and I'm confused.

Oh, you mean Bose? How is she?

Speaking of Doctor Who, that last episode was one of the best I've ever seen. Really touching.

Series 6 is by far the best series of any DW previously. Matt Smith had definatly grown on me a lot as the Doctor. Amy still kind of bugs me because I feel like she doesn't teach the doctor anything (Rose, Martha, and Donna were crucial human compontets to the Doctor) Amy just feels like she's there traviling with him to just look sexy in a skirt. Though I do fancy Rory a bit he is very funny. And don't get me started on River, god I love her but I wanna know who the HELL she is and who she killed!? It's driving me crazy!!!!!! Lol

Anywho, I love the Silence, very creepy but I felt that *spoilers* killing just about all of them in the first episode was a little rediculous lol *end spoilers*

All in all I gotta say that the Doctor needs a new companion more akin to Rose, she was just perfect. It's a shame we'll never see Donna again and Sarah Jane (RIP Liz Salden) will never go on a adventure with this Doctor ever. Also Captian Jack still has to meet him!!

Reminded me alot of the thing. I also thought the episode of really good but the ending was predictable. Also :SPOILER: Does any one else think that the Doctor's death in Ep:1 may of been his 'Gangger'?:SPOILER:

:SPOILER: By that do you mean the ganger Doctor was the one who was killed, or the one who shot the normal Doctor?? Both are possibilities I guess. :SPOILER:

:SPOILER:I mean that the doctor that got killed by the Astronaut in Ep 1 was the ganger and that the real Doctor is hiding somewhere or something:SPOILER:

Also anyone got any theories on who :SPOILER:The girl who regenerated:SPOILER: could be?
