Don't feel like writing big review today so i'll keep it short.

Batman: Arkham City Everything Arkham Asylum was and more. 8.8/10

Battlefield 3 The campaign might be far from perfect, but Battlefield is mostly about the multiplayer and gameplay, and it doesn't disappoint. 8.2/10

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception The people at Naughty Dog haven't lost their touch and deliver us an amazing experience. Some people complain it doesn't do much more than Uncharted 2 did, but i say does it need to? It's a non-stop thrill ride with a great story and action-packed sequences that will make your jaw drop. 9.6/10

I just don't like it. It randomly disconnects and is sluggish. I much rather prefer Steamworks over GFWL.

Games for Windows Live is awful, definitely a con if a game utilizes it.

It works fine for me on Resident Evil 5, I've never had an issue with it, and I have awful connection and a sluggish laptop. I've actually had more issues with Steam than GFWL.

    Uncharted 3

+ The game is absolutely beautiful. Character models are sharp, the environments are detailed and the lighting is marvelous.
+ The story is as interesting as ever. I really like the new villains.
+ Very cinematic. Cutscenes are excellent, all the scripted events are absolutely thrilling and the music as excellent as always. I don't think I've ever had this much fun with chase scenes.

    - The gameplay mechanics remain entirely unchanged from Uncharted 2. For the most parts this is not an issue, since Uncharted's game mechanics have been really great from the get-go, but melee combat system really drags behind Assassin's Creed and the Batman games. Uncharted 3's system isn't exactly bad, but it really lacks the fluidity the aforementioned series' have introduced.
    - There are minor graphical bugs. Most times it's the emptiness shining through occasionally jagged level textures. More rarely there were bugs with the lighting effects.

I will give this a solid 9.5/10. It's an absolutely fantastic game, but I have to subtract that 0.5, because of the unrevised gameplay mechanics, which aren't entirely state of the art anymore.

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception "SPOILERS FOLLOW"

+ Story: The story of Uncharted 3 is just as good as previous entries into the series. This time, going for a more mythical route than the others.

+ Characters: The characters in this game were great, though Chloe and Cutter disappeared quite quickly and never resurfaced again, which was quite disappointing. Elena and Drake's relationship clearly went further, but died down before the events of this one, and the Sully/Drake relationship was finally cleared up.

+ Who is Nathan Drake?: The newest question in the Uncharted universe is "who is Nathan Drake and what is his real name?" because according to the main antagonist, he's not actually called Nathan Drake. That's not his real name.

+ Cinematic blockbuster: With jaw-dropping effects and unbeatable gameplay mechanics the game is better, smoother and faster than ever before. The stunts were off the walls and the action was intense.

+ Chase sequences: There's about 6 in the game, from escaping the "Men in Black" to being chased by scarab like spiders through ancient hallways and the epic Talbot chase was fantastic. I love the quick segments and the parkour this time around was much better.

+ Horse sequence: Obviously inspired by "The Last Crusade" and clearly better than its inspiration material. It was fantastic, fast paced, adrenaline pumping and well directed.

    - Puzzles: They were too cryptic this time around, especially the globe puzzle and the "Gameshow" puzzle which confused the hell out of me and I spent the better part of 30 minutes working on the globe puzzle as it didn't really explain what you had to do. The gameshow puzzle was easy enough, once you understood what you had to do, and even then, if you don't know what you're doing the game actually says "Reveal puzzle solution" as they knew it was hard to figure out.

    - Length: Not that long to be honest, I was thinking it'd be longer than UC2 but that wasn't the case. The game comes in at around 7 and a half hours and I was playing on Hard difficulty and I only died 9 times through the game, most of the deaths occured in the sandstorm sequence near the end of the game.

All in all the game is great, but not as great as UC2 was. The story can sometimes seem too mythical and the length let it down in many ways. The puzzles left me confused and wondering what the hell to do but the action and everything else were on par with a Hollywood blockbuster...

    Uncharted 1: 8.6/10
    Uncharted 2: 9.5/10

    What does Uncharted 3 score?

    9/10
    Signatures are lame.
Hence why I don't have one.
    Because I'm awesome.

I thought it was alot less mythical than the older games. *SPOILERS* Uncharted 1 had cursed treasures, Uncharted 2 had gigantic blue men in a mythical city, and Uncharted 3 just had a tainted water supply and some hallucinogenics.*SPOILERS*

I agree with you about the rest of the game though. There were certainly alot of things that I thought would be added at the end. Also, the final boss was easy as hell, which just makes it even less satisfying.

Overall, I'd probably give it a solid 9.7/10, with the only things that kept it from a perfect 10 being the ending and no character skins/bonus weapons that we saw in the last two (Doughnut Drake, Eddy's Golden Gun, etc.).

Just beat Amnesia. I thought it was incredible. It both scared the shit out of me, and made me want to keep going. Not many games are capable of that. I'd give it an 8.5. I would have given it a 9 had it not been for the absolutely horrible ending. The way everything was building up I expected there to be an epic fight at the end. I was very disappointed by the lack of any real fight. Other than that, I loved every second of it.

    The Witcher 2

    Dumbed down.

Dumbed down in comparison to the first game. Not necessarily a bad thing.

I didn't mean you should have grabbed an AK and fucked shit up in the final fight. I was hoping for a puzzle-based fight. I mean, it starts out the game by telling you you're supposed to kill Alexander. So why wouldn't it make sense for there to be a puzzle-based fight in which you actually kill Alexander? I know, I know, you can kill him by stopping him from opening the portal, but I found that to be a very disappointing way of finishing off the man who put Daniel through all that shit in the first place. I was just expecting more from the ending than knocking down three pillars, or putting Agrippa's head in the portal.

    Skyrim

One of the Glitchiest fucking games ever, fucking seriously, the sound rips out, the physics break, the NPCs go through walls and other NPCs. I thought Bethesda will never go as bad as Fallout 3 but this might be one of the most broken games I have ever fucking played.

Fuck you Todd Howard, I hope you die a painful death.

Taking into consideration your history with Bethesda, I can't tell if you're serious or not. I'll be able to play the game later today, so I can confirm for myself.

What system did you play it on? PC?

PS3. PC version is not any better I've heard from CoG, Same with the 360 version.(My friend had a 360 game, NPCs glitched the fuck out)

    360:

    PC:

Now imagine those tiny glitches all over the place, that was my experience with skyrim.

Now if they made the game in one year, it would be understandable. They didn't, it's been in development for almost five goddamn years, and I don't put up with that shit.

I see. Not particularly surprising, since this is still Bethesida we're talking about. I'll have my copy in about 9 hours, so I'm interested in what to expect in the initial hours of the game.

After the first cut-scene my horse went apeshit, went through some NPCs then bounced into the sky.

I haven't encountered a single glitch yet... some low-frame rate at times, but nothing really annoying.

Me either. It froze one time, out of a day of playing.

The game just crashed on me for the first time, but I've yet to encounter any glitches, which I've found surprising. The game's relatively unpolished from a technical viewpoint, but nothing game-breaking yet.
