The Different Competition - Round 1

Welcome to Round One of The Different Competition!

In this round, the objective is to make a cover for a game the fits this theme:

Existing Prequel:
This theme requires you to make a cover for a non-existing prequel to an existing game. The prequel has to be on a platform from last-gen. (i.e. PS2, XBOX etc.) and the existing game has to be from a current-gen. platform (i.e. XBOX360, PS3 etc.)


Rules:

- No WiP threads.
- The artist can not upload the cover on to the database before their round is up on the forums.
- No advertising on user-pages (Just in case)
- No cheating. (if its possible)

Failure to fit the guideline will cause a penalty if you win a round (i.e. Your time limit will be shorter than the other participants)

The boxes are expected on 19th January, 2009 (which means a week and a half).

Nvm, the discription kinda confused me.
I thought it ment, make a prequel to a game from the xbox, ps2, or gamecube and it prequel game has to be on the current consoles.

I have 2 questions then.
1) Does PC count as a valid current gen platform?
2) The game I am planning to make a box for had a prequel planned one point in time on the xbox, ps2, etc. but has since been canned and therefore, it no longer exist. Will that be a valid entry or does it have to be 100% made up?

2) Well, I think that would be okay, as long as the story idea is original (i.e. made up)
