    The Princess and the Frog
Went into it with fairly low expectations, came out pleasantly surprised. I'd say it's as good as any of the "classic" Disney films. The music was as good as Aladdin's and the animation was solid and smooth. The voice acting is good and I thought the villain was memorable and could stand next to classic Disney villains like Hades, Ursula, or Jafar.

    8/10

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1
Wow. This movie was really good. Everything was just awesome, even if it pisses me off that Greyback's character is hardly even mentioned in the movies. It felt a little slow at times, and Goblet of Fire is still my favorite one, but overall great flick.

    9/10

The Legend of the Seeker: Season 1
Having never read Terry Goodkind's books, I have no idea if their faithful to his stories. Taking that out of the picture, the TV is just like something you'd find on Syfy or BBC. The story is great, but the acting kind of sucks, the production values are low, and effects are pretty lame. But like I said the story is great and it is definitely a show to watch just to have fun.

    7/10

The Legend of the Seeker: Season 2
Imma come right out and say it: Season 2 sucks. The story was completely wrapped up in Season 1. Season 2 feels like a mess. Some of the new characters are terrible, acting might be worse, effects went up, but that's just effects, and the story is essentially a rehash of Season 1 only with a different antagonist.

    4/10

Oh and I just watch the first few episodes of the reboot of Doctor Who and I like it. :P

Tron: Legacy - 9.5/10, even though it got many negative reviews.
My full thoughts about the movie are in the official conversation thread.

    A Clockwork Orange: 8/10

This film is a true beauty. The ending was not there for me though because of it missing the final chapter from the book. Also, I find some things questionable, like how exactly his brain forgot ALL of the training he went through. Did he hit his head? I was unsure Otherwise. I enjoyed it.

    Tangled: 9/10

Officially one of my favorite Disney movies. I am glad I got around to watching this. Only complaint I have is that the male character only had two songs, and one song was only a small verse, it made it feel imbalanced compared to Rapunzel. Either way, love this movie.

V for Vendetta - This movie is nothing but poetry for the eyes.
Just incredible. If you haven't seen it, I would suggest you do so.

I loved V for Vendetta and I loved Watchmen, but am I the only person who wishes that Alan Moore's novels were less preachy?

    Fast Five - 9.5/10

The movie was great. I thought it was going to be bad after the last movie. But this movie really made up for it. It brought alot of new things. The Rock actually did a good job in this movie. His best performance yet. Every character had an important part and enough screen time. This movie isnt like The Expendables, when you go to the movie to see a certain person but their in there for like 5 seconds. It was fun and smart. I recommend it if your a fan of the series and if your not a fan still go see it.

I like that aspect, it gives the story more value to me, like, I connect with it more.

But.. like in Watchmen, the movie asks questions, but by the end if feels like it has answered all of it's questions, unlike something like.. The Dark Knight.
Personally, I find enjoyment in either case.

The fast and furious 5 with Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson. Two great actors starring in yet another great fast and furious film.
I'll give the whole damn thing a 5/5. What a jolly good show!

Vin Diesel seemed a little fat to me in that movie. lol. Like the one part where they had a party and he had the tank top on he had a big ol beer belly.

    Vito would be ashamed.

As for me, I watch loads of movies (for example, I've watched 35 this month) so I won't put everything I see in but one film in particular struck me deeply:

Milk - Sean Penn diversity is simply sublime. Thinking of actors to play the flamboyant Harvey Milk, he'd have been way down on my list and yet he strikes an uncanny resemblance at some points and pulls off the role with exceptional skill, making me a little less mad Rourke didn't take home the academy award. Van Sant's direction is striking, fitting in some actual footage of the time and there is an authentic feel to 1970s San Francisco. The film's subject matter is extremely powerful, and you don't have to be majorly pro gay to be taken in by the poignancy of it all, there is a strong feelin about minorities sticking together and fighting back which is a worldwide phenomenen. So no matter what your thoughts on homosexuality, this film has the power to move you.

Milk's assassination makes for a tragic ending (I am not spoiling here, you are told at the beginning of the movie, plus it was a major thing that many of you may have heard about anyway) but that does not overshadow the optimistic way it is told in. Overall, I can't reccomend this more, I went in with low expectations and came out of it with a fully new perspective and thoroughly blown away.

I haven't cried at a movie for literaly years but at the devastatng ending of this one, I felt tears in my eyes.

Thor: An IMAX 3D Experience 8.4/10
It was great, the story, action and such really flow well to create a very memorable experience. My stance on 3D was always and always will be film it in 3D, don't convert it. Though there are a hand full of good conversions to 3D, and this is one of them.
