Yes, so the special effects are great. And yes, they are amazing.

But is that all you 1 dimensional people look for in films? What ever happened to the story, the characters, the acting, all of which Avatar failed at.

Pretty effects do NOT make a good film.

"It Might Get Loud"... awesome documentary covering the musical journey of Jimmy Page, The Edge, and Jack White, and what each of them bring to the electric guitar that is their own. Great movie, incredibly inspiring, and also with a great insight into the genius of each of the guitarists. I highly recommend it to any music fan.

9/10 (Simply because I wish they had included a bit more discussion between the three, rather than history of how they came to be where they are)

Well I haven't seen the whole thing but I was watching TV and it was on and the acting was a pile of dry burning seagull crap.
I recorded it because it was so funny so I'm finishing it today for the lulz.

Give a good reason why it deserved such a high score.

There was nothing wrong with the special effects. The special effects were absolutely gorgeous but that was all, and a film also needs an amazing story, amazing acting and so on to get such a ridiculous score. I'm just saying, most of you guys are too easily pleased.

Your taste of movies is atrocious.

You need to just go away and continuasly watch the Godfather and Carlito's Way over and over again, since there are the only films you seem to give a damn about.
