Eh...
You can either take a destructive path by using a very soft-edged brush to clean away the unwanted parts of the image. Or, you can use that same brush to fill in a mask to "remove" the unwanted parts. The lower text can be recreated easily. Finding the closest font might be a bit tricky.
Wow, I don't know what to say but "thanks!" I do know this much; I love making graphic artwork. My day is never complete unless I have spent some time in Photoshop, Painter or some other graphic program.

Try this tutorial on cleaning choppy edges. You do use Photoshop, correct?

The bottom half is a bit hazy. You can reduce that effect by using a 10.0 px Highpass filter, then Fade Filter to about 50% on Hard Light blend. Not only does this remove some of the gauss effect, it also brings out the image for a striking finish.
Ok, thank youAnd i use a mixture of Gimp and PS, as im still getting used to PS. This i made in Gimp, is there any way to do the highpass filter in Gimp?
