edit programs what should i get

hello, i am new to vgboxart.com and i was wondering what programs you all use for your boxes and where i could download them for free.

by the way the name is Max Harris, i'm from los angeles and i'm 17. 18 very shortly, birthday is tomorrow.

But yeah, look up Paint.NET or GIMP, seeing as you are looking for free programs. I would say Paint.NET is the easiest to use, but that is just my opinion.

I would say paint.net is easier. And why not change your username to max or something close.

I don't like the look of this.

Anyway, I use Paint.NET.
I recommend if you do you it that you download a load of plugins.

If you don't feel like downloading plugins then get GIMP.
