I was wondering if this was possible, and if it was how would you do so?

anyways go to google and search "photoshop cartoon plugins." There are quite a few out there that can give many variants. I don't know one off the top of my head that works really well.

Thank you so much. But I have decide to try and take another approach on this, but if that doesn't work I may come back to this. Thank you again.

I think you would have to select the color of Mario as a bee and take out the lighting because it makes it look too 3D. Add a drop shadow with 100% opacity and give it no fading. Black out the eyes and with each piece of color on his select it and give it a smaller drop shadow than the outline. Don't know what else to say. If you need help I can do it tomorrow night.

Also, paper characters don't have legs. Their like South Park people. So if you want it to look right cut his legs off and attach his feet to his stomach lol.
