Crane is Scarecrow, while Thomas Elliot is Hush. These are both characters that have their story left opened at the end of Arkham City. Possible Arkham City sequel? Or a game add-on?

Very good, you answered it. It's going to be an Arkham City sequel box thingy.

When or if this will be done is beyond me because its a lot of work. Done using the Pen Tool in PS and making it from an existing image of Iron man action figures so this is not done free hand but it is all custom. The images are pretty low quality so its not perfect and since i dont have any action figures to take a HQ pic of and scan it in to do this, this will have to do. Anyways yea it will be turned into a box.

Hopefully you can discover the identity of this person, only die-hard Batman fans will know these...and somewhere in this letter, it reveals who has been following Batman..
