Put a white outline around the ESRB logo, and restore the opacity of the Developer logos.

Took out Arkham sign. Changed dev logos. Fixed rating. Started on back.

It looks good, but I'd make it a bit darker. The game plays like that. If it looks bad a little darker then never mind.
