you guys realise the majority of these titles won't be lousy ports but rather original games? That's like saying God of War: Chains of Olympus is a port of God of War and Resistance: Retribution is a port of Resistance 1.

besides, if done properly, Assassin's Creed could work very well on PSP. The 360/PS3 version was nothing special anyway so it's not like we have tons to expect.

Piss off Greg, Assassin's Creed was brilliant.

Yeah I'm excited about all of these, looks like it's time to finally sell my old PSP and grab a new one that doesn't fail so hard.

    No its wasnt ryan xD
I mean, i played it for a while on my ps3 got bored and then put mgs4 in =p. I think it was boring. All the blending and crap. It was a decent game certainly not the worst i've played, but decent. well thats just my opinion.

The Guitar Grip was pushing it. Do they expect us to jam out on a bus with 3-inch plastic instruments?

"Primotech has some possible gameplay details. According to the post, Unplugged will use the left, up, triangle, and circle buttons to control instruments, switching from instrument to instrument with the shoulder buttons, and playing "phrases" of each instrument to maintain a score multiplier. This sounds exactly like Harmonix's Frequency!"

On the 360 Assasins creed I ran off far just for the hell of it and now I'm lost lol. Each town I go into people try to attack me.

Anyway I agree that LBP will probably not be as great on PSP, I still don't know why everyone loves it on PS3. All my friends loved it but I was the outcast.

I'm gonna love and see them try to stick rockband on PSP. Get some finger tip drums.

I heard Rock Band will be similar to Amplitude, using the D-Pad and buttons to play the songs.

I'm actually looking forward to Phantasy Star Online, Hammerin' Hero, and the Final Fantasy fighting game. Little Big Planet might be fun, but the rest of the games aren't to exciting to me. With the exception of the Monster Hunter games, I haven't been interested in really anything on the PSP in quite some time. I use the damn thing to play games fro my PS1 library on the go predominately.

On the other hand, theres a crapload of stuff coming out soon for the DS that I'm super excited about, namely The Dark Spire and Tokyo Beatdown both from Atlus. (I know you guys have probably never heard of either)

I liked Assassin's Creed, but the DS game SUCKED. I hope it's not some kind of revamp of that garbage.

I know but nintendo ds is more of a platformer type console. And psp it really could work. The one thing though is that Assassin's creed shined because of it's visuals. The missions were fun but repetetive. I did enjoy Assassin's Creed but on the psp they just don't have the ability to produce the same graphics the ps3 and 360 did. However god of war:chains of olympus is my best game on psp and the graphics aren't amazing. That said they are the best on psp. And people ( Except Drakxxx ) are forgetting that these aren't the only games coming out on psp. There is also dissidia final fantasy, then there is resistance retribution, phantasy star online. Loco Roco 2 has just come out for psp which is brilliant fun. They're making patapon 2 and there are lot's more games coming out for psp. I think this is going to be the year the psp beats the DS. The DS has chinatown wars which IMO looks awful. And not much else. Though big bang mini just came out and I'm looking into getting that if I can find a good price.
And there is a handful of games coming out that are not psp exclusive that I might buy for psp. Like the lego star wars game I got for psp simply because it just seems like a psp kind of game and not a console game. And I got the force unleashed for psp.
So noone rule out the psp this year.
Btw where do you find all these japanese games noone's heard of Drakxxx? Because I'm interested in japanese culture. ( I preordered ninja gaiden 2, that's how much I like it. A day I wish I could forget )

You should be ashamed of yourself for bumping such an old thread with relevant information .
