I can't believe the Gamecube had about 15 award catogories.
There was only about 6 great games released for it this year and that's me being generous.
Spyro the Dragon won the GC's best platformer, that's because the Gamecube has nothing else for it.

I as Ign's pitiful failed attempt to bring the Gamecube back from the dead temporarily and I at a charming console with some wonderfull games that has just died.

Didn't Spyro die after Insomniac Games sold the series to Vivendi Universal ?

kind of. i wish crash and spyro were what they used to be. i haven't had a spyro game in a long long time, my last was probably enter the dragonfly (i usually buy all the crash and spyro games when i can) but crash has totally been eradicated from the gaming world. no matter how big a crash fan you are (believe me, i am a MMMAAASSSIIIVVVEEE crash fan) do not i repeat do not get twinsanity. please don't. i'm being serious.

i still have many games to complete on gamecube.
    ffcc
    ocarina of time master quest
baten kaitos origins and the original
    metroid prime 2
wind waker on my second time around
hp3 hehe i should be done by now
    pikmin 2
(if you could tell- i never finish games. i like play 90% of the game in the first week, then a year later i come back and beat it)
plus i play super smash bros. melee, donkey konga, and quidditch world cup often.

once i get my wii im not geting rid of my gamecube. i wont get enough credit if i turn it in to a game store(its like only $25) anyways, so im just gonna keep it at my other house.

I hope Zelda wins the Game of the Year, sure it's just another Zelda game but this is the best Zelda game this century and it remains a beautiful dreamy game with a perfected interface.
