Well, this one was hard. I want at least 5 support before I post it. Why is the the logo stretched? Well I use MS paint. That's all I have. The template IS Crayon Man's.

I don't agree with Digital Kill3r 27. I reccomend you don't post it unless you're going to make some serious changes. Its just the logo slapped on an official background. And using MS Paint isn't an excuse for the stretched out logo, try getting a full-size official logo and sketch/skewing it. Others have probably told you this already, but get another program. Photoshop is expensive, so try for The Gimp and Paint.NET which are both free.

Yes, what you're doing is allowed, but I just don't really see much effort involved. I mean, in a way, its not YOURS.
