Haha, really DS? really? if you have never noticed, lots of boxes are posted here months before the game is released and they are all the real deal, boxarts arent on the official sites anyway until the game is close to releasing. JUST IN CASE they decide they want to change it and that hardly ever happens.

The game isn't 360 exclusive, and that picture is just an ancient wallpaper, not to mention really badly positioned (surely they would have all of Rico's body on there, as well as the soldier on the far left and the helicopter in the top corner... *voices fades away into distance*

Amazon doesn't lie, be it and early cover or not, this is the official one right now.

It did get pushed back to 2009 anyway, so in some cases, it usually means

Devs-"We stopped making a PS3 version because it was too hard"

Thus leading it to be a 360 exclusive. It also shows in some cases that if the 360 is the lead platform for a multiplatform game, it takes a lot longer to port and it the PS3 version probably gets the axe because of the difficulties. vice-versa, it would seem porting process isn't as hard, because they know what they are doing when the PS3 is lead platform so its easier to port of to the 360, i suppose. (Burnout Being a good example)

Also sure the wallpaper is old, but it's not like they have released much artwork for it, it may even get canceled. it is a small independent studio after all.

Oh, and I doubt this game will get cancelled due to the lack of info. Hopefully not, anyway. Brutal Legend went an entire year without anything at all, and as you know a new trailer surfaced at the VGA's. This game is definitely in development, just very secretively. But I've been waiting for this game for god-knows-how-long and I want it.
