Why dont you place the logo inbetween the characters in the foreground and infront of lightning, just a thought although it might not work.

The other design isn't that amazing, if your looking for some inspiration jump on emptees, that may help :)

Loving both of these, the second one more. I don't really like the slanted logo though.

Yeah, It'll look better if there were a few more blue tones on the back to compliment the orange a tad bit.

Try adding a yellow/orange tint to the outer side of Ezio.

Loving the use of colour and texture here. Can't the end of the rainbow go all the way to the botoom of the page rather than fading out? And did you pen tool most of that?
