Except because it isn't backwards compatible, you really need two boxes to play what you want. It isn't "all in one" at all.

I tried once, but it turned out to be more complicated than Photoshop. And I couldn't select multiple layers, and the shortcuts I use don't apply there. So GIMP is not for me.
