Not being a fan of this particular "universal" SNES cover aside, here's my two cents:
- No US Famicom logo? Why?
- Logo on spine need more pronounced drop shadow, or just solid white outline.

All I can do is wait. Not to be a showoff or anything, but I'm sitting on about 40GB of artwork assets, many dating to 90's that I'd love to post here... Ah! Behold the power of advanced google...

All the "legal mambo jumbo" on the back cover should be in WHITE font. Cver is nice, but font is completely unreadable. Barcode and "USA region coding" descriptor should be in white too. Think about...

What I think... I love illustrator. You should change the "Castlevania" logo into this (has white outlines for contrast on your cover):

Great cover you got going here. Logo on spine is definitely of wrong proportions. Looks squeezed. I think you need to correct it, or change the font entirely.

You need to fix the logo, to small and off center.
Remember, all Nintendo characters, and most of drawings have black outlines, so you need to incorporate it. Will look legit.
Also, change the grey...

I like it. It gives physical properties to the box (thickness of paper). Just perfect it a bit, like the bottom right corner.
