Seriously doubt it. Considering how Kojima painstakingly concentrates on detail, I doubt he would've released a trailer with a placeholder voice over. No Hayter = No Snake.

Solidus did suffer from accelerated aging. 1972 - 1985, that would make him 13 years old, the kid in the trailer does look that age but bear in mind he did suffer from accelerated aging.

Unless Kojima mindfucks us all, I don't think it's Raiden, as he was a child soldier (as the cage and the military backdrop in the trailer could suggest, however he was stationed in Liberia. Trailer...
