Hey Pleiades, do you know if you could help me with something?

I was wondering if you could teach me how to achieve this "point-light" effect that you have on many of your boxes, like so http://vgboxart.com/view/48365/persona-3-fes-cover/.

For some of my boxes, I have been trying to achieve the effect, but to no avail.
