Hmm, I just noticed that the version you have looks really similar to this box. Maybe you should try something different altogether?

Maybe you could put this image at the bottom, and move everything else up to the top. A border of some sort could look good as well.

I use Photoshop CS2.

I'm not really sure. I was thinking that you could do the front first, in whatever style you wanted, and I would match that style on the back.
